When I called by telephone to confirm my on line reservation, I was leary because he ws quite impatient with me. I was calling as a curtosity to say we would be arrriving after 7pm at night, I had originally thought 5pm would be our arrival.

We liked the fact the staff tried to fix a problem when we had one. We liked the location and that fact it was close to Mcdonalds. The hotel was very clean and the maid service was great.

We didn't like the phone charges--we found the long distance charges very expensive and that we we thought we had booked a regular room with two beds--non smoking--we got a king room with a single bed. The staff was able to find us another room but it was smoke filled and therefore stunk even after they tried to clean it for us. On the last two days we got a smoke free room.

The position of the hotel was comfy and easy, near the Buffalo airport. The room was functional & squeaky clean with good sound proofing, comfy bed & ergonomic desk chair and bathrooms.

We dealt with Erin on the front desk and she was extremely nice, helpful and informative. When we checked out, our bill was wrong (different daily rate charged then on Booked.net) and she sorted it out efficiently and quickly. She is a perfect fit for the front desk and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a real asset to Hilton. The room was nice, clean and had great amenities and so did the hotel. It was a very busy place but kept neat and clean by the staff.

Our Bill was incorrect and not the rate quoted. Luckily I had a copy of that rate and it was corrected but if I didn't, I am not sure it would have been fixed so easily? The dial on our mattress was broken and my husband's side of the bed was too soft and not to his liking. There was no shower gel for the ladies in the bathroom - most of us do not like soap but prefer shower gel!

They even let us check in early which was a lifesaver as my kids were exhausted from our flight.

Hotel is feeling tired. Bed needed replacing. Grossed out by clump of long hair on the bathroom towels. Reported this to front desk but all they said was "thanks for reporting this".
